1. How soon will my order(s) ship?
Depending on inventory levels, most are processed and shipped from us within 1 to 2 business days. Many ship sooner. Express and Rush shipping are available on most items at checkout, but this does NOT SPEED PROCESSING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER. Choosing faster shipping only means it will get to you faster once it is processed and shipped from foreverlovewedding.com. Personalized items are made with care may take an extra 10 days.
Free Shipping & Reduced Shipping:
We know our customers don't like to pay high shipping charges any more than we do, so foreverlovewedding is currently offering FREE standard shipping for orders over $120.00 delivered within the continental United States, providing that ground shipping is available in your area.
Upgraded Shipping:
We do our best to ship within 24 hours, but please be aware that choosing an upgrade does NOT guarantee your order will ship the same or next day, especially engraved items. Upgraded shipping charges that appear on your order are estimates; we will adjust the shipping charge, after your package is weighed. When completing the "Wedding Date" on your order, please do not fill in an earlier date than is necessary. We will ship quickly regardless of the date you state; we simply need the date to know how to ship your order in the event something is not in stock, etc. This prevents unnecessary upgrades, resulting in lower shipping costs not only for us but also for you, our valued customers.

3. Do you have a minimum required order?
No! We accept orders of any size with no minimums.
4. What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa or Master card using Paymentech, the preferred merchant account provider for Yahoo! Merchant Solutions. Foreverlovewedding won't charge you until we ship out your package. However, Paymentech will hold the amount of your payment from your credit card account.
5. I placed an order, but did not receive an email order confirmation.
This is usually caused by an e-mail filter at your service provider that believes our mail is junk mail. Please check your junk mail folder and add us to your "safe" list.
6. What are your shipping and handling rates?
We strive to keep our shipping and handling charges as low as possible. We do not believe in using shipping and handling as a profit item. Our shipping charges usually cover our cost of packaging materials, labels, boxes and the actual shipping itself. Shipping charges, if any will be assessed once method of shipment is finalized.
7. What about shipping fragile items?
Foreverlovewedding ships most packages insured against breakage. Candles or other items damaged due to heat/cold or melting are NOT COVERED under insurance. We HIGHLY recommend you choose express shipping for these items. Neither Foreverlovewedding or shipper will be help responsible for this type of damage due to heat/cold or melting.
8. Can I return items to Foreverlovewedding?
We do our best to provide satisfaction for our customers; however, if you are experiencing any dissatisfaction, please reference our return policy for store credit or a refund.
- You should contact us within 24 hours from the date your receive your package by email to return@foreverlovewedding.com if you have any problems or if you wish to return your purchase.
- No returns accepted without prior AUTHORIZATION.
- The package must be returned back to us within 7 days. Otherwise, after the 7 days, any item(s) returned will be shipped back to you and deemed as a final sale.
- All returned items must be in their original condition. - There is a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted automatically from your refund.
- We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost during the shipping process. Please remember that all additional shipping options, including insurance, are buyer's responsibility.
- If you have been given free shipping, your shipping cost will be deducted from your refund since the "free shipping" was given under the condition of purchase.

Mistakes by the customer on personalized merchandise will be the customer’s responsibility for replacement. Please order your engravings carefully. Each product has specific engraving options stated in its description. Please complete the boxes exactly how you want the engraving, i.e. July 10, 2006 or 7-10-006. Some of our items, such as our Cathy's Concepts products, always engrave in the same manner; for example "Julie and Steve" will be engraved "Julie & Steve." Detailed information is provided with each item's description. Please be especially careful of items ordered with monograms and place the initials in the boxes in the proper order. Examples are shown by each product that may be ordered with a monogram.

Foreverlovewedding will make every possible attempt to cancel your order if requested. We are unable to cancel any items that involve personalization if the item is already in process.
